Overview

Job Title:                    Regional Sales Manager - Charity Accounts

 

                                   

The Purpose of the Role:

 

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, this role will involve:

 

  • Coaching, Developing & managing Sales Representatives directly and indirectly
  • Ensure all Sales Targets and KPIs are achieved for the account
  • Improve process and sales procedures to maximise results

 

You will be responsible for achievement of overall team targets.

Responsibilities

Results

  • Manage day-to-day performance of the field sales team.
  • To provide leadership and direction for all of the team to exceed objectives
  • Overall responsibility for the performance of assigned territory areas
  • Required to analyse, plan and organise sales activities locally and nationally
  • Manage as necessary performance management process
  • Prioritisation and forward planning of sales activities
  • Achieve agreed targets for product Sales volumes.

 

Functional

  • Coach and develop the team through accompaniments
  • Process sales through to client and report on same
  • Recruit & train new staff
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the line manager
  • Manage complaints, quality & compliance processes
  • Perform quality calls on sales
  • Communication with the client on sales delivery and field matters
  • To take a proactive lead role in delivering defined objectives in the following areas; training, development, systems, procedures, safety, products, teamwork, motivation and recruitment.
  • Establish and Control field standards- manage sales best practice, resolve customer issues and escalate appropriately
  • Ensure management are informed and updated regarding all key activities

 

Qualifications

Experience:

 

  • Proven track record of target achievement in a highly target driven role
  • Computer literacy
  • Recruitment and candidate selection
  • Coaching/Training experience
  • Experience managing a team is desirable
  • Experience managing people through others is desirable
