Reports To: L&D Manager
Purpose of Role:
Reporting to the L&D Manager, the role will involve ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of employee development solutions, through the implementation of the L & D strategy. The primary focus of the role is the identification, design, implementation and evaluation of all Learning & Development needs across all departments.
The individual should have a creative and innovative approach to L & D; possess a high level of self-motivation; hold excellent organisation skills; strong communication skills, and be an excellent team player and be open to feedback
