Overview

 

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role will involve:

 

The delivery of sales targets through acquisition of new customers for eir SMB, particularly in the following areas.

Responsibilities

  • To achieve required sale targets
  • Ensure that all sales quality targets are achieved
  • To convert “leads” supplied by the client to exceed defined sales targets within the agreed SLA
  • Convert sales using various channels – Primarily Phone
  • Complete regular reports for all Sales applications + Pipeline
  • To engage with other areas of the Business to ensure sales are completed.
  • Ensure that any communication with customers is dealt in a professional manner
  • Analysing feedback from our customers and report into your line manager
  • To ensure that all process manuals are updated regularly.
  • Ability to problem solve and generates new ideas and ways of working.
  • Proactively under take all tasks and have the ability to think on your feet.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
  • Deal with customers queries and complaints within the company SLA

 

Functional

 

  • To represent the client in a consistently professional manner;
  • To understand the customers’ industry and requirements;
  • Daily CRM access to ensure all information is updated regularly;
  • Organise paperwork and reports
  • Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to the client;
  • To generate new ideas and ways of working;
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers;
  • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks;
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clients portfolio and competitive market

Qualifications

  • Experience within the Telecoms market desirable.
  • 1-2 Years Sales Experience
  • Very strong focus on results and achieving set targets daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Positive attitude interacting with customer, colleagues and client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic.
  • Works on own initiative and is continually looking at ways to improve sales performance.
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise opportunities.
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results.
  • Must have basic PC Skills. Microsoft Excel and email etiquette experience is essential.
  • Experience with a CRM tool is desired. com experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
