    Role:         Affiliate Sales Executive

     

    Location: HSQ - Dublin

     

    Hours:      40 hours per week between 9.00-21.00 Mon-Fri and 10.00-18.00 Sat

     

    Salary:      €22k plus up to €4k performance related bonus

     

    This role reports to the Affiliate sales Team Leader. Working specifically with our Affiliate partners, the role is responsible for converting leads generated through our Affiliate partners. The targeted segment is potential customers that have expressed an interest in availing of an eir offer.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all Outbound/Inbound sales activity including the acquisition of new customers and upgrading existing eir customers
    • Meet and exceed Sales Targets as designated by the Head of Field & Affiliate Sales
    • Continuously monitor the Telecommunications Market through Competitor Analysis and feedback to Line Manager with a view of improving future propositions
    • Tracking and reporting sales performance vs. target and KPI’s
    • Strong knowledge of the full eir product portfolio
    • Adaptable approach to Ad-hoc Sales Campaigns  
    • Provide clear and concise feedback to Line Manager on any ideas/issues that arise with a view to continuously improving the efficiency of the channel
    • Minimum of 6 months experience in a contact centre enviornment desirable
    • A strong ability to multitask and work across several projects 
    • Available to work Monday- Saturday on a 40 hour week
    • Fluent written and spoken English is essential 

    Qualifications

    Essential:

    • Previous experience in a call centre environment
    • Professional telephone manner essential
    • Proven track record of exceeding Sales Targets
    • Be able to demonstrate previous lead generation success
    • Experience and comfortable using excel to compile reports and interpret data
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and PowerPoint) with the ability to interact up to senior management level.
    • Experience using Salesforce
    • Experience in a large organisation – preferably telecommunications and preferably in the Consumer Fixed area
    • Strong skills in planning, organisation, scheduling, problem solving and the resolution of conflicting priorities.

    • Problem solving through working with and influencing multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to work with and influence multiple external parties
