    Due to an expansion of business within our FMCG division we are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented Field Manager to join our team.

     

    The Field Manager will work closely with key members of our Client’s management team, CPM Client Service Managers, Field Managers, and our Operations team in our Head Office in Rathmines. This is a busy, dynamic role covering large geographical area (either nationwide or half of the county). The successful candidate will manage a team of CPM field reps who work on behalf of our FMCG clients. The role involves daily management of staff, coaching and development, in-store training, delivering objectives and KPI’s (sales, merchandising, display, activation and people development), data analysis to drive focus on the activities that matter, reporting, driving operational excellence, managing the callfile, client liaison and updates and budget management.

     

    At this moment, Location is negotiable.

     

    Ideal candidate must have:

    • FMCG background including working in major Multiple stores
    • Experience managing, leading, coaching and motivating a field based team
    • Strong time management skills, with a proven track record in planning and delivering projects on time.
    • Must be highly organised and an excellent communicator
    • Be a clear thinker, able to analyse and resolve problems exercising good judgment. Ability to use systems to analyse data and take action
    • Essential to have a full driving licence.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and train a first-class field team on behalf of our FMCG clients covering sales, business development, merchandising and brand activations in stores.
    • Working relationship with CPM Head Office and Field Managers across our FMCG client database
    • Communicate with staff ensuring that all staff are aware of the company standards and their responsibilities and monitor execution standards
    • Deliver Client contract KPI’s consistently
    • Provide clear direction and authority to employees.    
    • Enhance CPM’s visibility and presence in the market

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills are imperative.
    • Experience managing a Field based team
    • Experience in Retail, FMCG
    • Ability to manage staff effectively
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Thrives under pressure and delivers results   
    • Experience working with Dunnes and Tesco stores essential
    • Fluent spoken and written English
