    The Eir Business channel is made of 80+ staff including 


    o Field Business Development Managers
    o Operations team 
    o Learning & Development team
    o Inside Sales team
    o Customer Care team


    The channel is responsible for delivering Field and Inside sales, Customer Care and Operation for eir. 


    Due to ongoing expansion we are currently recruiting for 5 Business Development Managers to build lasting relationships with small to medium sized business (SME) customers and promote the eir suite of products. The successful candidate will be tenacious, extremely motivated and will have relevant experience in a sales environment with a proven, successful ability to sell. CPM Ireland have a passion for our people, our B2B teams' Team Leaders and Management structure are grown from our internal teams as we believe they best embody the CPM values and the eir brand. 




    • €34,800 basic package (including car allowance)
    • Increases to €40,800 (including car allowance) after 12 weeks if on target 
    • Uncapped commission structure

    • Business hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

      • To convert “leads” supplied by eir and ‘cold call’ customer premises in a defined geographical area
      • Structured journey planning to maximise prospects in the territory;
      • Effective telephone appointment setting to make appointments each day in the field;
      • Face to face presentation calls to decision makers
      • To maintain knowledge on all new and existing products and services from competitors;
      • To represent eir in a consistently professional manner;
      • Daily CRM access to ensure all information is updated regularly;
      • Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to eir


    Eir Business Awards


    • We are looking for experienced sales professional who have worked in a Direct Sales Environment selling face to face.
    • Previous experience of the telecoms or enrgy sector
    • Very Strong focus on results and achieving set targets daily, weekly & monthly
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage contacts in a defined territory
    • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic
    • Strong PC Skills. Microsoft Excel and email etiquette experience is essential
