    We are currently recruiting a Inside Sales Team Lead to join our clients expanding Team based in Co Dublin and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.

     

    The Inside Sales Team Lead is a key member of the sales team, responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of support to the team in their day to day roles whilst maintaining a strong customer (internal and external) experience to accelerate sales.

     

    Salary - €30-35k depending on experience

    Responsibilities

     

    • Delivery of all company Inside Sales Channel targets and KPI’s
    • Manage a team of Inside sales reps targeted on acquisition
    • Supporting the Inside Sales Manager to develop, coach and real time manage the inside sales team and to ensure highest standards & targets are achieved
    • Responsible for management of headcount and recruitment
    • Plan sales activity, write and lead sales training plans and workshops
    • Assist in delivery of 1-2-1 staff performance reviews
    • Setting KPIs for your inside sales team and day to day performance management
    • Manage KPI’s and commission plans to drive appropriate behavior from the telesales team
    • Ensure product sales information is in place to giving the telesales teams the tools to go selling
    • Coach the team on consistent use of the agreed Sales Methodology

    Qualifications

    Skills & Experience:

    • 3+ years inside sales team leading/ management (In a Contact Centre/ inside sales environment desirable)
    • Highly Energetic, self-starter and great motivator
    • Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
    • Exceptional organisational and presentation skills
    • Solution orientated

     

    Competencies:

    • Customer focus with an ability to develop strong professional relationships.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight time frames.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and liaise with other departments, as required.
    • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power point)
    • Pro-active, flexible and must be team player.
