    CPM is recruiting for Residential Fundraising Ambassadors to secure donations on behalf of our charity clients.

    Not only will you be provided with full training, support and progression opportunities from CPM, you will also receive  a generous guaranteed basic salary and exceptional commission structure. We are looking for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive personality.

     

    The perks of the job:

    • €25k Guaranteed basic salary ( €480 gross per week or €2,083 gross per month) AND generous commission structure
    • €0.12/ KM mileage provided
    • Working hours Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm
    • 20 days paid holidays per year
    • Full training provided
    • Opportunity for career progression within the CPM sales channel - 92% of managers are recruited from within!

    Responsibilities

     

    What does the door to door sales role involve?

    • Door to door fundraising in your local area and up to an hour outside of it - no crazy commuting!
    • To achieve required sale targets in return for high potential earnings.

    Qualifications

     

    What do we need from you?

    • Full, clean drivers licence own transport
    • Charity work (paid or voluntary) with a charity is desirable but not necessary!
    • Excellent communication skills, from both team and customer perspective
