    Due to our new partnership with Vodafone Business Ireland, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to manage a team of Business Development Managers selling fixed line and mobile services to Small to Medium Enterprises on behalf of Vodafone. The successful candidate will support the Regional Sales Manager by taking responsibility of coaching, mentoring and development to a team of 15 Business Development Managers to ensure delivery of agreed targets.





    • Generous basic salary depending on experience

    • €5,000 car allowance per annum 
    • 50% bonus (Uncapped) commission structure

    • Business hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

    • Provide coaching and development for the team of Business Development Managers Nationwide
    • Manage all issues and incidents in the Regional Sales Manager’s absence
    • Delivery of personal and team sales targets
    • Follow up where required supporting all head office sales processing procedures
    • Work to field standards as defined by the Regional Sales Manager
    • Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure field opportunities are identified and grasped.
    • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing your company and client
    • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
    • Ensure team are acting compliantly at all times
    • Manage team process rate and sales issues percentages
    • Establish communication with Business Development Managers on a daily basis


    • Self-motivated and target driven
    • Direct selling experience
    • Professional presentation and appearance a must
    • Resilient – ability to cope with set backs
    • Work on own initiative using common sense
    • Previous Coaching experience required
    • A good sales track record
