We here at CPM, are currently hiring an Inside Sales Specialist on behalf of one of our largest client's, Vodafone. 


The successful candidate will be reporting to the National Sales Manager and will be working from our CPM Head Office in Rathmines, Dublin. 


The role will involve the delivery of sales targets through acquisition of new customers for Vodafone SME and generating leads and closing sales in the SME Telecoms sector.



  • Up to €28,000 DOE plus excellent uncapped bonus 
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm


  • To achieve required sale targets
  • Ensure that all sales quality targets are achieved
  • To convert “leads” supplied by the client to exceed defined sales targets within the agreed SLA
  • Convert sales using various channels – Primarily Phone
  • Complete regular reports for all Sales applications + Pipeline
  • To engage with other areas of the Business to ensure sales are completed
  • Ensure all KPI’s are being achieved within the team
  • Complete a weekly report on all KPI’s for the team
  • Ensure that any communication with customers is dealt in a professional manner
  • Analysing feedback from our customers and report into your line manager
  • To ensure that all process manuals are updated regularly
  • Ability to problem solve and generates new ideas and ways of working
  • Pro-actively under take all tasks and have the ability to think on your feet
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
  • Deal with customers queries and complaints within the company SLA



  • To represent the client in a consistently professional manner;
  • To understand the customers’ industry and requirements;
  • Daily CRM access to ensure all information is updated regularly;
  • Organise paperwork and reports
  • Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and to the client;
  • To generate new ideas and ways of working;
  • To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers;
  • To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks;
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clients portfolio and competitive market


  • Experience within the Telecoms market desirable
  • 2-3 Years Sales Experience
  • Very strong focus on results and achieving set targets daily, weekly and monthly
  • Positive attitude interacting with customer, colleagues and client
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic
  • Works on own initiative and is continually looking at ways to improve sales performance
  • Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise opportunities
  • Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results
  • Must have basic PC Skills. Microsoft Excel and email etiquette experience is essential
  • Experience with a CRM tool is desired. com experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
